How to return a product

1. Write to us within 14 days
   Send an email to returns@helloeasyemporium.com with your name and the product you want to return.
2. We give you the instructions
   We tell you the address and how to send the product back, in its original packaging, with all accessories.
3. You get your refund
   As soon as the product reaches us, we refund the amount you paid within 14 days, by the method you tell us.

Who pays for the return

If you change your mind (withdrawal), you pay the cost of sending the product back. If the product is faulty, damaged on arrival or not as described, we pay the return costs.
