1. Who sells
The seller is WHATECH MOBILE CO., LIMITED, Room 505, 5th floor, Beverley Commercial Centre, 87-105 Chatham Road South, Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon, Hong Kong. Contact person: Huanbin Lin. Email: info@helloeasyemporium.com.
2. How the contract is concluded
The order you send from the site is an offer to buy. The contract is concluded when we phone you to confirm the order and the delivery address and the order is accepted. If we cannot reach you, the order is not shipped.
3. Prices
Prices are in the currency shown on the page and include VAT, where due. The price you pay is the one shown in the order summary. Where a crossed-out price is shown, it is the previous price we applied to the product.
4. Payment
Payment is made only on delivery, in cash to the courier. We do not ask for advance payments and we do not accept cards through this site.
5. Shipping and delivery
Shipping is free. Delivery takes place in 2-4 working days from confirmation, at the address you gave us. If you are not there, the courier tries to arrange a new delivery. Check the parcel before paying and tell the courier about any damage to the packaging.
6. Right of withdrawal
As a consumer you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of delivery, without giving a reason. To exercise it, write to returns@helloeasyemporium.com with your details and the product. The product must be returned intact, in its packaging and with all accessories. We refund the amount paid within 14 days of receiving the product. If you withdraw, you pay the direct cost of returning the product. If the product is faulty, damaged on arrival or not as described, we pay the return costs.
7. Legal warranty
All products are covered by the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity from delivery. If a product is faulty or not as described, you can ask for repair or replacement, or for a price reduction or termination of the contract in the cases provided by law. The warranty does not cover damage caused by incorrect use.
8. Product descriptions
Descriptions and photos are as faithful to the product as possible. Images are for illustration and small colour differences may depend on your screen. The performance stated (for example battery life or cutting capacity) may vary with use.
9. Support and complaints
For any request write to info@helloeasyemporium.com: we reply within 2 working days.
10. Personal data
We process your data as described on the Privacy page.
11. Governing law
The contract is governed by the law of Hong Kong. For consumers in the European Union, this does not remove the protection of the mandatory rules of consumer law of the country where they live.
